CIVIL WORK ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality of civil engineering work performed, client service, utilization of staff, marketing, office reputation, contract management, billing collection, and project profitability for telecommunications engineering projects.
Directs and coordinates activities of Project Engineers to ensure project progresses in schedule and within a prescribed budget.
Performs work with the preparation of zoning and construction drawings
Coordination with all complementary disciplines: electrical, mechanical, structural and environmental, technical preparation of telecommunication design tasks, and perform quality plan reviews.
Maintains positive relationships with clients
Control and effectively manage the subcontractors for the site construction, control over spend on sites which are to move outside the planned budget, and ensure change is followed.
Reviews plans, prepares or reviews technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.
Assures that the project team complies with the contract agreement as well as exercises rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Must be CME
With at least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in Wireless Telecommunications is preferred
With at least 2 Years of progressive CW experience in the Telecom, the field is preferred
Or with at least 4 to 5 years experience working in a construction company in high-rise buildings
