Job Description
Bachelor of Civil Engineering . Operational Experience: At least 5 years of relative experience based on the tasks specified
Have knowledge or background in civil field (installation and maintenance).
Review related site inspection SOPs ensuring the are applied effectively and provide methods for improvements, if required.
Implement condition civil inspections for related activities as per approved inspection schedule to ensure items compliance to set codes and standards.
Engage in RFIs Request for Inspection with team for approving the completed work.
Perform the daily audit as per the audit schedule. • Inspect and report the Interior finishes of the building; walls & ceiling, ceramic tiles, doors, windows, carpet, fixtures, metal surfaces, stairs, mould/ moisture, birds'/pests dirt...etc
Inspect and report the Exterior finishes of the building; walls & ceiling, tiles/ gutters missing or broken, metals rust or puncture, doors, windows, identification signs, entrance doors close slowly...etc. as per the inspection sheet.
Inspect and report the Grounds; driveways and sidewalks, lampposts, obstructions, sewer caps, irrigation covers, signs, debris...etc. for any cracks, punctures, granular loss, rust...etc. as per the inspection sheet.
Inspect and report the Sloping Roof; materials, surface condition, deformed edges, missing parts, corrosion, paint, coating, open areas...etc. as per the inspection sheet.
Inspect and report the Gates; operation, damage, rust, locks, missing parts...etc. as per the inspection sheet.
Inspect and report the Windows & Doors; alignments, cracks, rust, noise, joints, steps...etc.
Use Endoscope to inspect areas that are difficult to view and/or reach by normal technique i.e. above roofs & ceilings, behind narrow spacing...etc.
Submit completed scheduled audits and inspections reports with recommendations and evidences if required i.e. pictures, documents...etc.
Investigate maintenance variations and systems maintenance discrepancies and address any non-compliance with HSE. Identify potential concerns and inform disciplines
Ensure only accurate and calibrated measuring tools are used. Execute inspections on materials, equipment and new installation activities on site as per applicable codes.
Issue and maintain the relevant records and findings. When necessary, generate non-conformance reports. Write up recommendations for improvement.
Computer skill - Microsoft office, aided design (CAD), power point. Knowledge of basic safety requirements relevant to his role i.e. SSOW, PTW, method statement, PPE, root cause analysis, work at height...etc.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information:
EXPECTED DATE OF INTERVIEW 3RD WEEK OF AUGUST, SALARY OFFER WILL BE NEGOTIABLE.
