Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering or Architectural course
Outside experience – 2 years minimum related of estimating works
Equivalent Field Construction Company Experience - 1 year minimum
Equivalent Company Experience – 2 years minimum
Experience construction specially material take off
Responsibilities:
To come up with correct material take off from the drawings and identify the material specifications per client’s requirement and to finish the take-off based on the bar chart schedule given.
Prepare Materials Take-Off (MTO).
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
Pricing of Materials (using prices from Purchasing).
Attend Client/internal discussion on project estimating.
Generally responsible for presenting take off quantities
Generally responsible for representing costs of various projects to Engr 2.
Together with the Senior Engineer, represents the Company during Client project presentations and closely coordinates with the Business Development and Operations Department.
