Position: Civil Engineering Design Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time / 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time
Salary Range: $1,000 to $2,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Lead team of engineers and/or designers to execute each assigned project
Delegate engineering activities as necessary
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and client expectations
Monitor performance of team
Communicate project status, challenges, and performance to Senior Project Manager and executive team as necessary
Assist in the creation of project budget, milestones, goals, and deliverables for all assigned projects
Support the ongoing training and development of engineers
Provide coaching to team
Aid in the training of new regulations
Provide ongoing Quality Assurance and Quality Control to all assigned projects
Project Performance
Review metrics with project team and execute to desired budget and timeline
Monitor production performance of assigned staff and correct behaviors as needed
Perform civil engineering tasks
Design stormwater systems, including drainage, detention, site-grading, and underground utilities
Plan and profile cross-sections
Properly calculate flood-mitigation and provide solutions for projects
Design of storm or sanitary lift stations
Ability to understand all aspects of the project from an engineering perspective
Assist in recruiting engineers to be a part of the JRH Engineering team
Support Senior Project Manager with client and/or jurisdictional agency interactions
Other tasks as requested by the leadership team
Requirements
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
Demonstrated history of working with an international team of engineers is highly preferred
Capability to perform engineering tasks associated with JRH Engineering services
High-level of proficiency in Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong understanding in drainage designing
Project Management Software
Understanding of GIS software
Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively and efficiently work remotely
