ELJ BUILDERS Inc. came into full existence in the construction industry on the year 1989. A family corporation owned and managed by a hardworking and proficient man who further acquired his knowledge and expertise in the field during his stint in the reputable real estate and construction companies, Aboitiz Real Estate and Construction division and the Gorones Development Corporation, both subsidiary companies of Aboitiz & Company Inc. respectively.
 
The company’s formation is the result of perseverance, dedication and hard work of a man driven with independence and excellence. These traits became evident when ELJ BUILDERS, Inc. still in its formative years on the time when the country experienced an economic slump brought about by natural calamities and political unrest, have survived during the early stages of its operation.

CIVIL ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer
Preferably two (2) years and up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
Profound knowledge on preparing Bills of Quantities and Estimates if needed
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
Must be willing to travel outside Cebu Project.
