Qualifications:  
A licensed Civil Engineer
With 2yrs experience in construction company
With experience in Auto CAD
With good technical knowledge in aluminum and glass systems
Can work with design team and knows how to cost and estimate
Can develop master plan, BOMBOQ and can lead the construction team during scheduling and execution
Job Description:
Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks.  
Maintain compliance with the safety-assurance plan so that work is accomplished in an environmentally sound to finish the manner using safe work practices;  
Conduct safety observations and conversations (SOCs) to help achieve a zero-incident culture;  
Anticipate and resolve problems encountered in the field to eliminate costly rework or retesting;
Monitor progress to ensure scheduling milestones are understood and are being met  
Coordinate solutions between the construction contractor and the project lead to address field discrepancies in design packages and material delays;
Oversee the selection and requisition of materials to ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications  
Plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines  - Establish, report and follow up all on non-conformance activities  
Enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff under their responsibility
To assist Project Manager in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project
Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan;
Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors;  
Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed;
Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works;
Inspect facilities and analyze operational data
Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
Determine and present estimates of operational costs
