• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly report regarding updates on progress and internal services.
• Prepare drawings and design for incoming projects.
• Prepare cost and quantity estimates for the repair and in-house projects.
• Prepare and submit on time of all documents needed for project billings.
• Supervise all internal/external activities for the repairs, job orders and in-house projects.
• Keep Equipment History Files, Test Results and this will be served as a Department Documentation to properly monitor the Equipment Status.
• Initiate purchase request for materials, spare parts, tools and consumables.
• Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
