CIVIL ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
3-5 years experience in building construction of multiple floors
Able to read, comprehend and interpret plans and drawings
Good knowhow in construction methods and system specific to the trade
Adept in project scheduling, resource loading and trade work productivity rates
With knowhow in Engineering Specific Trades (such as Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, Frie Protection and CSA) codes and standards
Has construction QC/QA experience
Computer Proficient such as MSWord, AutoCad and other related applications
Good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
With leadership qualities such as results-driven, people-oriented, sense of urgency
Can communicate and coordinate well with all involved in the delivery of commitments and agreed targets especially with superiors and team.
Willing to grow with a goal-driven young team.
