Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 5 Yrs and up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Knowledge of Autocad and basic MS Office
Knowledge in commercial and residential construction and development; knows how to handle people and effective management of manpower on site.
Ability to monitor and evaluate work in progress on job site
Perform engineering duties in planning, designing and cost estimating such as commercial building and residential houses
Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment and labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
Highly technical, analytical and able to write technical reports.
Must be able to determine the feasibility of plans with regards to financial costs and safety concerns.
Adhere to project timeline, quality and budget
Familiar with National Building Code of the Philippines (DPWH) and other related regulations
Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
Experience in precast concrete or its equivalent is preferred
Provide detailed design of earthworks, water supply, sewerage and drainage
Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team
