Job Purpose
Works with infrastructure, transport and structural teams and supports feasibility studies and detailed design of various projects.
Provides road layouts, pavement designs, design of cut and fill arrangement to support site development.
Qualifications
Licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 7 years relevant experience and successful technical delivery of infrastructure, structural and civil design work , preferably gained from similar industries.
Knowledge of DPWH and other roads and highways standards in the Philippines
Extensive knowledge on AutoCAD, civil 3D and other similar software
Organized and structured approach to tasks.
Visualization and data presentation skills
Able to multi-task and work on several projects at the same time, without sacrificing quality of output.
Experience of site development and linear infrastructure would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Assesses site conditions.
Lays out roads in accordance with appropriate geometric standards.
Designs pavements in accordance with the DPWH and other relevant standards
Provides project teams with engineering information on road routes, alignment, structure locations and other physical data.
Produces civil drawings.
Ensures time submission of outputs to the project team
Regularly reports drawing status to the Project Manager
