* Willing to work/re-locate to Sto. Tomas Pampanga
* Has an experience as a Production supervisor
* Knowledgeable with Furniture and Fit outs
* Oversee the Production process, drawing up a production schedule.
* Ensuring that the production is cost effective
* Making sure that the Civil Products are produced on time and are of good quality
* Working out the human and material resources needed
* Draft timescale of the project
* Estimate cost and setting the quality standard
* Monitor the production processes and adjust the schedule as needed
* Responsible for the selection and maintenance of the equipment
* Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
* Work with Managers to implement Company policies and goals
* Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
* Supervise and motivate a team of workers
* Review the performance of the subordinates
Identify training or re-training as needed.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD
