Review plans for bidding and make requests for information if needed.
Review documentations and site conditions for bidding.
Negotiate with suppliers and ensure quality and specifics are met.
Prepare bid documents and other report needed for bidding.
Coordination between clients, supplier, contractor and subcontractors.
Coordination with Mall's Tenant Manager and Engineering.
Coordinate with different local authorities to obtain drawing approvals/ permits.
Site inspections and ocular visits.
Should be aware of Health and Safety Guidelines related to Fit-outs.
Assuring correct and precise documentation of materials, testing and inspections.
Foresee project bottleneck and taking immediate action.
Prepare project schedule and timelines.
Prepare documentations, permits and report required in Mall.
Prepare and review method statements and work specifics.
Prepare and submit project update reports regularly and as needed, inclusive but not limited to daily activities, weekly updates, and deviation from targets, and other related issues.
Arrange manpower into balanced groups and distribute jobs between them while maintaining proper coordination.
Propose and implement innovative ideas to save materials and man-hours.
Other duties may be assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
Must have a degree in Civil Engineering
Preferably Registered Civil Engineer
At least three (3) years working experience in general construction.
Can work under pressure
Can work in minimal supervision
Keen to details; Trustworthy
