The Civil Coordinator will be part of the In-House Project Management Team who will supervisor and coordinate all civil and structural-related activities for the construction of ongoing projects.
He/She will be reporting to the Project Manager and will be tasked to oversee structural works, coordinate with all design consultants and other trade Coordinators, review plans/specification and conducts QA/QC activities among others.
He/She will be working on a mid-rise project in Cainta, Rizal and will have free lodging near the project site.
Must have a professional license in Civil Engineering;
Acquired at least 5 years' relevant experience
Experience in basement construction, bored piling and soil protection is a must
Have experience in Quality Control, Engineering Project Management, Construction or Project execution
Specialize in Engineering Management / Site Implementation
Proficient in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office applications
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Architecture and Engineering Higher Education / Academia 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
