Job Description
Provide on-site supervision and leadership to construction teams, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Coordinate with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and standards
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to project stakeholders
Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment
Train and mentor junior site staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Prove experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction projects in Saudi Arabia (Ex Abroad ONLY)
In-depth knowledge of constructions methods, materials and regulations in Saudi Arabia
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with Driver's License
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software and fluent in English and both spoken and written
