JPMorgan delivers an extensive solution for different Fund Managers seeking independent administration and custody services as well as outsourcing of their day-to-day operations.
The Investment Operations team has the responsibility for providing a premium quality client service to Fund Services clients, ensuring deadlines are met at all times.
Reporting to Investment Operations Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
Day to day operation of a fund or funds within Investment Operations, including trade booking, settlement, cash & positions and market value reconciliations, break research and resolution, credit facilities life cycle management and client issue management
Assistant to the Group manager (Officer). Escalation point in the absence of the group manager.
Work with the AVP/Officer to develop goals and ensure they are reached
Part reviewer part processor
Review daily/monthly work process with AVP/Officer and ensure daily and monthly checklists are signed off and done properly
Ensuring that all staff are aware of daily tasks and deadlines and that they are met
Streamline processes where applicable
Effectively communicating instructions from AVP / Officer to more junior staff
Timely escalation of any potential issues to Officer / AVP
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the funds that they are working on.
Full knowledge of all asset types within the funds.
Responsible for highlighting areas of weakness / risk in the team.

Requirements:
A University Degree is required.
Working knowledge of financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Financial Times Interactive Data, MarkIt Partners is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with implementing process improvement methodology and/or demonstrated experience with efficiency improvement
Note:
Note: Shifts (DST): 10am to 7pm (Mla)
Tuesday-Saturday 5am to 2pm (Mla)
Shift rotation periodically
Overtime work anticipated every month end and Quarter end
Vacation Leave approval process: Max allowable leaves daily and Critical days have been identified for the year (month end and Quarter end, December to January 15 (Blackout days)
Works during Philippine Holidays with applicable Holiday premium paid depending on level.
