Familiarity with FINRA SEC regulations and securities services operations Ability to work closely with Business Partners and interact with Senior leaders Ability to generate ideas and identify process improvements Knowledge of metrics and scorecard analysis Good relationship-building and time management skills Results-orientated and Team player With background in robotics and automation
