Morgan Payments Liquidity Solutions and Account Services provides advanced solutions for clients to manage their global operating liquidity. Our product set operates globally in real-time to support our most complex clients as they manage their liquidity across legal entities, geographies, currencies and time-zones. Our product suite includes deposit, money market funds, cash concentration, notional pooling, virtual accounting, JPM Coin and ONYX products. Global Liquidity Operations performs product set up, data maintenance, reconciliation, inquiries management and core servicing of cash concentration and investment products. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: . Performs set-up, onboarding and maintenance of products into various systems and applications . Monitors completeness of transactions across various systems and applications . Generates, analyzes and curates various reporting activities to both internal and external stakeholders . Conducts research and investigation to resolve accounting breaks . Performs research and investigation to answer inquiries from internal and external stakeholders . Performs initiation of payments instructions for various business purposes . Monitors multiple workflow queues to ensure requests are actioned upon timely . Recommends and implements innovation ideas and process improvements . Escalates and highlights issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner . Leads and supports adhoc testing of systems and applications enhancement . Actively supports and delivers team and organizational initiatives and projects . Manages and facilitates meetings with stakeholders and partners . Collaborates and partners with stakeholders to identify RCA and recommend solutions to issues and client requirements . Provides support to management for administrative and adhoc deliverables Qualifications: . Bachelor degree required, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any Business-related courses are preferred but not required . Has positive outlook, excellent interpersonal skills, and a great collaborator . Demonstrates strong analytical and comprehension skills . Possesses training agility and displays resourcefulness and ownership in learning . Is a quick-learner and highly adaptive to the ever-changing business culture and landscape . Detail-oriented, must have proven track record on high quality of output . Has strong organization skills demonstrates competence on priority setting and task management while maintaining strong accuracy in a deadline-driven environment .
