CIB Wholesale Payment, Global Liquidity Operations, EMEA Liquidity Static - Reference Data Manager
J.P. Morgan Global Liquidity is one of the largest managers of institutional money market funds in the world, with dedicated investment management professionals located across J.P. This positions the business to offer best-in-class investment solutions that span a broad range of currencies, risk levels and durations, designed to suit our clients' specific operating, reserve and strategic cash management needs.
Liquidity management is the process of maintaining optimal cash position. Liquidity Solutions provides the means for clients to meet its daily funding activities, likewise, providing clients the opportunity to invest excess cash in a variety of investment vehicles.
Global Liquidity Operations performs product set up, data maintenance, reconciliation, inquiries management and core servicing of cash concentration and investment products.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Performs product set-up, maintenance and deletion via multiple processing systems
Performs complex processing, servicing or settlement of transactions and deals
Monitors multiple workflow queues
Performs research and investigation to help resolve issues, escalations and inquiries in a timely manner
Must develop subject matter expertise
Processes complex non-routine transactions and repairs
Analyzes information to determine accuracy and completeness of data
Recommends and implements innovation ideas and process improvements
Timely and effective escalations of issues
Leads and supports product and system testing
Leads and supports initiatives and projects
Coaches and develops performance of direct reports
Manages and facilitates meetings with stakeholders and partners
Collaborates and partners with stakeholders to identify RCA and recommend solutions to issues and client requirements
Provides support to management for administrative and adhoc deliverables
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required, degree preference is Finance, Accounting, Economics or any Business-related courses
Has positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, has proven leadership skills and a great collaborator
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and excellent comprehension skills
Possesses training agility and displays resourcefulness and ownership in learning
Is a quick-learner and highly adaptive to the ever-changing business culture and landscape
Detail-oriented, must have proven track record on premium quality
Has strong organization skills; demonstrates competence on priority setting and task management while maintaining strong accuracy in a volume and deadline-driven environment
Must have strong emotional and mental flexibility to effectively deal with pressure and stress
Has a high degree of customer focus and follows through on commitments.
Fluent in verbal, written and conversational English.
