Through material investment in digital tooling, data analytics, platform re-engineering, visualization methods and 'skills of the future' training, the traditional 'operating model' is being fundamentally scaled to better service our client's and businesses growth requirements. The operational workforce is positioned at the forefront of this digital and data driven change equipped with new market-leading platform capabilities and tools to continuously transform the operating environment in which they operate. We are seeking a candidatebased in Manila to join the team at the forefront of this growth and transformation journey, leveraging digital tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, etc. The successful candidate will support APAC Securities Services operations, collaborating with global and regional business stakeholders to deliver against our regional roadmap. The role will support APAC shift hours . Role Description The scope of role includes but not limited to: Helping develop and deliver the strategy for Intelligent Automation integration into the re-engineering operating model. Be a leader in driving a digital and data first culture, uplifting employee skillset and engagement Senior project management and scripting/development of operational processes, with a strong focus on advance functionalities and modules within the digital tooling - particularly with UiPath. Own and drive timely delivery of proof of concepts, partnering with multiple internal stakeholders Lead and facilitate internal stakeholder discussions and forums with clear outcomes and actions, to drive a consistent strategy and innovation Provide reporting and communication to senior management Review and understand business requirements, then determine feasibility of development, with one or more tools from the digital toolkit. Ongoing coordination and communication with the business and appropriate technology teams, to ensure on-time completion of project as per requirements. Perform root-cause analysis and provide technical trouble-shooting on current and existing builds. To be successful you will need: 7+ years' experience in financial services or a related industry sector such as professional services, or technology providers, Advance development experience with UiPath. Experience with Alteryx and Tableau an advantage Experience in articulating incubation and proof of concept ideas that demonstrate value, taking through to execution Understanding of the Custody and Fund Services operating model preferred Project management experience Demonstrate strong ability to communication across various levels of the organisation Ability to multi-task and proven problem solving capability with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution A commitment to diversity and inclusivity of thought, excellence in execution, and an attention to detail across all you do
