You will: Work on complex problems that transform our business designs and end-to-end delivery models Interact with a varied set of stakeholders across multiple domains to satisfy global client needs Develop and deploy solutions that change what products we offer and how our clients use those services more effectively Influence decisions on Strategy Design, Platform / Vendor Integration, Client Migration / Rollout and implementing innovative technology based solutions Interact with other high-performing teams within JPM to design, develop and deploy end-to-end solutions More specifically, be directly involved in the strategic billing transformation program, Embedded Banking initiative, and User Interface development Be responsible for analysis and design, operating model definition, process flows, planning & development, risk management, governance execution, reporting and stakeholder management. Who we are hiring We are looking for an outstanding Project Manager, ideally with operational experience in Payments and Billing You have experience in large-scale global development teams You have interacted across a multi-functional team using an inclusive approach You have documented a set of functional business requirement, including integration between various applications, to create an end-to-end process You have experience in designing, implementing, & performing in operating models for new process and/or on new infrastructure You have experience in completing an end-to-end testing and readiness documentation forphased rollout events, and you can identify the right embedded controls to include in the operating model You can facilitate and build consensus amongst arange of stakeholders including business owners, technology, operations You have a view on what it takes to build a scalable integrated solution, shared components and services that can serve multiple use cases and leverage best-in-class internal and 3rd party vendor capabilities You should have experience in Product Owner/Feature discipline doing business analysis, crafting data-driven requirements, owning a roadmap, managing the project scope and timelines, developing business and project plans, tracking to required due dates and testing approach for the product area You are a team player and can roll your sleeves up when you need to, and also are able to lead and influence product and feature conversations with all involved parties You have the ability to navigate a matrixed organization and the ability to influence peers by articulating the product features and value to business partners You are highly motivated, resilient and results-oriented. In the end, what matters to us is that when something needs to get done, people come to you to get it done You have experience identifying barriers to success early and implementing approaches to remove or overcome those obstacles Expected Outcomes . Contribution to strategic roadmaps, client journey mapping, epics, user stories, use cases, testing plans, test cases, delivery timelines, and operating models that support a scalable and highly configurable solution based on data-driven and client-expected requirements . Metrics, product feature timelines and project plans that are monitored and visually presented to gauge success for program benefits, feature development and functional rollout . Effective verbal and written communications in a clear and action oriented manner, with all levels of management, via multiple methods (e.g. PowerPoint, product demos) Other Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree or higher . Strong proficiency with Microsoft products suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Word) along with any useful experience with Prototyping / Process Mapping / Analytics / Data Visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, Signavio, Python)
