The TS Billing Operations Manager is expected to learn and be familiar with all the production sub-processes within TS Billing that include but not limited to the following:
Revenue Feed Management
Billing Set-up and Maintenance
Ledger Adjustments, Write-offs, Cancellations and Refunds
Fee Liquidations
Billing Research and Queries
This position is focused on providing management and direction to teams at a TS Global Billing Release Level. The Releases will include new functionality, complicated Financial testing, Regression Testing and coordination with all TS Global Billing application projects within the release.
The primary focus of the role will entail:
Management of standard PDF deliverables through out the life cycle of a Release / Project including developing and producing artifacts that support- scheduling, risk, roles, resource estimates, communication, change control, issue management, etc.
Directing and setting priorities, monitoring and reporting; coordination across multiple applications within the release for certain aspects of the project like testing calendar, implementation and reporting
Conflict resolution by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision making competencies with the resources (direct or indirect) assigned to the project effort
Promoting an ongoing dialogue across the Release and ensure that status is effectively collected and presented
Ensuring that requirements submitted for the Release are executable; all necessary tools to test have been requested; understanding is established on how to test and validate once in production
In depth understanding of the business units effected by assigned projects
Working towards achieving current Billing Ops targets in partnership with the different Operations teams, Regional/LOB partners, functional groups, Risk and/or Technology contacts

Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experience
5 to 7 years of JPMC work experience preferred
Must be familiar with Project Management discipline and methods
Formal accreditation in Project Management method (i.e. PMP) preferred
Treasury Services / Banking experience a plus; TS Billing experience preferred
Broad experience in an Operational, Technology or Business Project Manager role preferred
Able to operate independently, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work within a matrix management environment
A pragmatic collaborator with strong communication and facilitation skills
Proficient level knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools (including Project, PowerPoint and Visio)
Must be fluent in verbal, written and conversational English
