This is done by ensuring that business activities are carried out in an efficient, controlled and timely manner. The role ofCIB Opscovers a wide range of activities. Following the buying and selling of financial products and services by the bank, we ensure that each transaction is captured accurately and in a timely manner to ensure effective risk management, cleared, documented and confirmed, settled and reconciled, all within a tightly controlled environment in adherence with global regulatory requirements. We are split into 3 main sub-divisions: Debt Trading and Emerging Markets Markets Clearing & Collateral Management (MCCM) Regulatory and Control Cross Product Operations (RCP) Your key responsibilities Be involved in change-the-bank (CTB) engagement, production support supporting the Fixed Income Currency business. Assess, configure, test and implement enhancements and application interface functionality to support releases based on agreed requirements and designs. Review process qualifications if they are fit for automation scope and create process design documents/ solution design documents for connectivity between underlying applications; Evaluate Solution Design Documents to ensure alignment to Finance Architecture and Design principles. Coordinate and assist in obtaining the necessary Authorization to connect to different underlying application needed for the process to be automated while enabling change by making sure that Center of Excellence (CoE) Controls, SDLC Controls and etc. are followed. Handle the coordination and enhancements to deployed in Production; included is performing troubleshooting assistance and handling production support engagement under the L3 support team.
