Middle Office - same service as Independent Valuations plus confirmation/ settlement management
Asset Verification - As a utility to T&F, produce Independent Asset Verification of OTC/FFX & CFD trades

Job Description
As a member, you will be responsible for timely and accurate deliver of NAV to the FA for final release to the client. The role requires sound understanding of derivatives and managing a team ensuring accurate and timely booking of trades based on instructions received from client, valuation, cash and collaterals on derivative trades based upon valuation and cash report received from the clients/Fund Managers, Market data and Economic trade data required for processing, valuation and reconciliation of our client derivatives portfolio into various 3PDP systems such as FSDV and WINS Enterprise.
We work in a very dynamic environment and you will be expected to keep up with regular client on-boardings and technology implementations.
Key Objective of the Role:
Sound knowledge of Derivative and Securities markets and processing environments with control
Strong leader with proven skills to lead the location, plan and execute expansion and build a strong team
Ability to build, sustain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders(Product/OSD/ Middle offices, Global SSO managers & leads, Regional managers), peers in locations and across global hubs and cross-LOB.
Focus on delivering client requirements and engaging with clients through client service and Product,
Drive control mindset and awareness within the team, control oriented individual with ability to drive control self assessments, identify gaps, run global reviews and fix issues globally, implement periodic control reviews
Establish communication mechanisms for sharing knowledge with various levels of staff and management
Demonstrate end to end BAU execution in controlled environment with focus on KPIs and metrics, ensure metrics remain healthy with full attention on aging and risk items as well as providing full visibility to senior managers
Design, review, implement and periodically assess robustness of business resiliency plan
Constantly upskill the team with process, business and soft skills, provide exposure to senior management
Strong focus on inculcating continuous improvement culture in the team
Review and improve on productivity benchmarks on ongoing basis.
A driven people leader with passion for developing and upskilling direct managers to develops strong leaders
Proven skills to deliver first class client service, ability to foster strong relations and proactively identify issues/pan areas and drive resolution/ improvements
