Job Description:
Role and Responsibility
Coach individual performance and provide feedback to a staff of 10-20 with the intent of driving the desired business results.
Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to staff.
Ensure staff adheres to productivity, quality and HR policies.
Support High Performance Culture values, which include assisting staff with monthly business reviews, providing consistent feedback and recognizing employees.
Address performance issues in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.
Conduct both formal and informal performance discussions as outlined by the business.
Maintain emphasis on deadlines, quality, and procedures.
To drive performance along with handling workflow.
Manage projects and work closely with other CKS sites.
Participate in staff interview and selection process.
Recommend and implement effective improvement strategies.
Take ownership and willing to work additional hours as needed.
Work with Image systems in a high production/high paced environment, dealing with hardware and software
Provide overall supervision / leadership to the staff and act as a back-up to the Shift Manager.
Review staffing and volume trends to ensure the optimum capacity utilization.
Ensures staff are zero tolerant on processing control functionality while managing the workflow.
Essential Skills & Experience
Qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Data Capture/ Cheque Processing / Lockbox Operations or a graduate with a higher vintage and strong team management experience in similar environment.
Candidate must possess excellent people management skills, being able to communicate effectively with diverse work group.
Ability to make decisions, organize, set priorities, develop and implement procedures.
Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively manage deadlines and quality control.
Proven ability to motivate, direct, and lead staff consistently while maintaining equitable and fair decisions.
Literate on Image systems or capable of developing a good understanding of hardware and software applications.
Ability and attitude to take initiative and ownership in work.
Knowledge and experience in a production, manufacturing or data processing environment.
An exposure to time critical operations, an ability to work under pressure.
