CHINESE TEACHER
As part of the Academic Team, you have the responsibility to teach learners in developing their minds to its full capacity, become lifelong learners, and be able to express themselves clearly and effectively. You will be tasked to impart knowledge, skills, and learning techniques as preparation for higher education, occupational competence, and life as a whole.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Preparing syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments that adhere to the articulated curriculum
Assessing, monitoring, and reporting the development and progress of students
Submitting students' scores according to the prescribed system in an accurate and timely manner
Conducting Parent-Teacher Conference
Providing guidance and advice to students
Maintaining a healthy, respectful relationship with students and parents
Observing the code of ethics for professional teachers
Participating in faculty meetings and coaching sessions
Ad hoc projects as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and at least conversant in English
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Science Education or another related field (not a requirement but will also be considered an advantage)
Must have at least 1 year of experience in teaching the Mandarin language but it is not required.
