Assists the boss on her day-to-day errands.
Organizes the schedule of the boss.
Collating and filing expenses.
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
Reminding the boss of important tasks and deadlines.
Attend business events with the boss, socialize.
Organizing events and conferences.
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
Conducting or preparing any research.
Job Qualifications:
Chinese Filipino or Malaysian
With previous experience as EA, PA or Boss Assistant
Willing to travel
SALARY RANGE: 60k-120k
WORK SCHEDULE: Makati or Pasay (Stay-in). Condo units will be provided.
