Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Financial Statements/Reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statements, and Statement Financial Management Report).
Assist in reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Assist in the computation of price offer to the clients.
Oversee daily transactions including payables, receivables, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Preparation of project costing.
Participate in regular financial, tax audits and payroll.
Prepare/monitor weekly cash position and manage monthly/quarterly cash flow projection.
Supervise preparation of year end schedules for audit and tax purposes.
Track the progress of accounting and financial objectives.
Accountable on documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance to internal and external parties.
Perform basic office management duties as necessary.
Provide recommendations to management in improving accounting policies and procedures.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance.
2. Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
3. At least five (5) years of work experience in General Accounting/Finance.
4. Must be familiar with BIR & SEC reporting, Financial Management, Taxation, F/S preparation, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budget preparation, Forecast, Receivables, and Payables, Accounting software like Peachtree
5. ISO audit experience is an advantage
6. Ability to prioritize work.
7. Attentive to details and accurate.
8. Has Team Management skills.
9. Must be a resident of Pampanga
