Oversee the daily transactions of the finances services team including payables, receivables, general ledger, and bank reconciliations and able to prepare financial statements/reports to management and government agencies, track the progress of accounting and financial objectives.
Preparation of Profit-costing.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Financial Reporting/Annual Report in accordance with the accounting standards.
Supervise preparation of year end schedules for audit and tax purposes.
Supervise Cash Flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment.
Supervision of the above activities and of personnel to be assigned under these work functions.
Other related Finance activities, not limited to the above list that may required from time to time.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance.
2. Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
3. At least five (5) years of work experience in General Accounting/Finance.
4. Must be familiar with BIR & SEC reporting, Financial Management, Taxation, F/S preparation, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budget preparation, Forecast, Receivables, and Payables, Accounting software like Peachtree
5. ISO audit experience is an advantage
6. Ability to prioritize work.
7. Attentive to details and accurate.
8. Has Team Management skills.
9. Must be a resident of Pampanga
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
