About Chief Transformation Office:
The mandate for the Chief Transformation Office is to (a) define and enable Deutsche Bank's long-term Transformation Roadmap, (b) monitor delivery of critical initiatives against milestones, (c) challenge and support our businesses and infrastructure functions in executing against their priorities, and (d) escalate any issues to the Management Board where necessary.

About Transformation Execution Office:
The Transformation Execution Office is responsible for supporting the delivery of our Core Transformation Initiatives, particularly those focused on expense reduction - including the Cost Catalyst programme. Their mandate is to challenge and support the global businesses and infrastructure functions in driving cost efficiency across the bank. Working closely with Finance and HR, they will review existing expenses, processes and structures as well as proposing new ways to reduce our bank's cost base.
Your Key responsibilities:
Managing work streams with a focus on ensuring that the relevant and appropriate analyses are performed, shaped in appropriate management information and presented to the relevant governance bodies and committees. For programmes such as: Payments, FIC Future Business model, Technology future ready and consistent data, HR & Culture, Control environment
Track delivery within agreed budget, resources and time frame, issue tracking and risk management; Close collaboration with the wider programme group to ensure alignment with programme principles and objectives, often having to influence people across business areas outside of CTO
Responsibility and management of (cross-) divisional peer reviews and driving development of internal best practices
Ensure the documentation and tracking of programme/project relevant (inter-) dependencies, risks, issues, actions for mitigations and other related artefacts
Active stakeholder engagement by ensuring a close collaboration with key stakeholders across DB and by working closely with SMEs (e.g. product specialists) to collect, balance and prioritize business requirements
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent with preference to Lean, Six Sigma, Prince 2, and PMI accredited candidates; Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Extensive experience in the financial services industry and a clear understanding of Finance's key processes and systems; managing large scale (cross divisional/multiple geographies) projects/programmes across the full project/programme lifecycle along with previous experience in organisational analysis and design; significant experience in risk management, effectively identifying and assessing risks within a project/programme along with developing and implementing sustainable mitigating actions
Actively support the development of team members in identifying strengths and weaknesses, in providing suggestions for improvements and in maintaining a constructive and open feedback culture. Support knowledge sharing within the team in conducting coaching and trainings and thus drive for high performance; Ability to effectively deliver results in environments or projects that are nonlinear, fast-paced, and often characterized by incomplete information and stakeholder disagreements delivering a timely and comprehensive output
Advanced skills in effective stakeholder management along with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to discuss and face different points of view or disagreements in a constructive manner; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels along with the ability to quickly adapt communication styles to different audiences
Proactively seeking opportunities for continuous development of personal capability and identifying potential sources for new ideas and approaches, leading to an improved performance
