Key Accountabilities:
Oversee the groups technology strategy, operations and evaluation according to established goals.
Lead EdTech startup (subsidiary) and team of developers and designers.
Design and architect EdTech applications and solutions to internal group needs and third-party resale.
Responsible for the acquisition, operation, integration and problem-solving aspects of both hardware and software systems.
Establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by management
Analyze business requirements of all departments to determine technology needs
Oversee IT department and departmental budgets and schedules
Provide network support and work with vendors to choose or implement new systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Proven track record in leading the architecture and development of applications and development teams
Minimum of 10 years experience
Tech Startup experience preferred
With relevant certifications
