Manages the company's financial planning and disbursement
Supervise all finance and accounting personnel
Manage vendor and third party provider relationships
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
Help set up and oversee the company's finance SAP
Set up different payment mode with banks and collection companies to ensure liquidity
Manage and forecast cash requirements accurately and control the company's day to day cash position effectively.
Ensure compliance with taxation and other regulatory remittance
Manage subscription collection from clients
Manage payroll
Develop document and maintain an appropriate financial control environment to mitigate risk and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
Provide timely financial reports and narrative to the board and investors
Qualifications and Requirements
10 years proven experience as CFO or finance officer or relevant role
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software( SAP)
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership with strong ability to train, delegate and motivate members
Excellent communication and people skills
An analytical mind, strong time management skills
High professionalism and integrity
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
