Job Description:
Maintains outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners;
Ensures effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
Provides recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
Oversees the company's transaction systems
Remains updated on accounting and tax best practices as well as laws regarding company operations;
Driving the company's financial planning
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Reports risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors;
Arranges for debt financing and equity financing; if necessary
Ensures that financial strategies are cost effective and the revenues are maintained
Analyzes general economic, business and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operation;
Oversees cash, investments, asset management area, cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability;
Understands contract condition
Represents company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officials;
Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements
Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change.

Qualifications:
Preferably have CPA License or CIA/CMA Certificate
MBA Degree is an advantage but not required
Has at least 15-20 years of experience; 5 years of which are on a CFO/VP Level
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
