Job Description
Establishes all policy & procedures for a planned preventive maintenance plan for the entire resort.
Implements all necessary work procedures for preventive maintenance, initiates respective scheduled procedures and monitors carrying out of work.
Overall in charge of machinery, technical systems, plants, energy, etc. of the entire Resort & staff house.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the same field or equivalent.
Experience in a 5-star chain of hotels is a plus.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Licensed Engineer.
