The Chief Engineer leads the Engineering Department in ensuring that the mall equipment and facilities (e.g. AC equipment, electrical facilities, water facilities, sewage treatment plant, ventilating equipment, kitchen exhaust equipment, generators) are in good operating condition and operate at maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
At least five (5) years of work experience with building/facilities management and operations.
