General Duties
1. Motorpool
a. Establish updated record of repairs and mileage run of vehicles
b. Establish a preventive maintenance schedule to keep vehicles in running condition
c. Ensure that all vehicles are with proper equipment and tools
d. Supervise, monitor and manage drivers to ensure that they are skilled and practice
basic safety
2. Safety
a. Personnel
i. Ensure that all personnel are trained on the proper use of equipment
ii. Prepare mandatory DOLE/BWC submissions
iii. Monitor accident rate of workers and institute preventive measures to
minimize risks in the company
iv. Ensure workforce safety in outplant dispatches, activities, and
projects
b. Company Assets
i. Participate in equipment selection and turnover to end users
ii. Establish and update equipment database
iii. Supervise, monitor and manage technical staff/multi-skilled
technicians to ensure proper execution of routine, preventive, as well as
corrective maintenance of building systems/common area/equipment, job
requests and other tasks as assigned
iv. Supervise operations of all systems and equipment of the common
areas and facilities to keep such in good working condition
v. Prepare and oversee the maintenance program of mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, fire detection and protection, sanitary, and utilities and auxiliary
systems, facilities and equipment
vi. Maintain, keep, and update technical records, manuals, brochures,
as-built plans, correspondences, turnover documents, equipment records,
repairs, expenditures, etc.
vii. Recommend measures for possible upgrading/updating of facilities
viii. Ensures timely renewal of permits, licenses, and other government-
mandated requirements
ix. Assist in the preparation and formulation of the Annual Budget
(OPEX and CAPEX)
x. Provide timely and accurate incident reports
xi. Provide monthly engineering reports including but not limited to the
following:
1. Renovation
2. Equipment Preventive Maintenance
3. Corrective and Upkeep Projects
4. Monthly Major Activities
5. Equipment Availability
6. Engineering Issues and Highlights
7. Electricity Consumption Monitoring
8. Water Consumption Monitoring
9. Common Area Acceptance Monitoring
10. Equipment Checklist
11. Equipment Hours Used
xii. Monitor utility consumption such as water and electricity
3. Security
4. Construction/Renovation/Projects
a. Participate in testing and commissioning and punch listing of building equipment and
systems and common area
b. Attend Project Technical Group and/or Construction Coordination Meeting and
Toolbox Meetings to provide inputs and raise potential operational building concern/s
c. Facilitate screening and acquisition of Multi-skilled Technicians to be assigned
d. Consolidate equipment and other engineering applicable government permits and
licenses
e. Review required documents prior to processing of billings for the services rendered
of various service providers and/or contractors
5. Administrative
a. Prepare billable hours and usage to relevant companies
b. Other tasks as may be assigned
