- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Head Chef in a Restaurant or Casual Dine In.
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
- Must be physically fit and possesses sense of discipline
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
