QUALIFICATION
Eligibility :
Career Service Professional 2nd Level Eligibility
Education :
Master's Degree or Certificate of Leadership and Management from the CSC
Training :
40 hours supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention
Work Experience :
4 years in position/s involving management and supervision
Competency :
Preferably with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. With at least 3 years experience in human rights protection and promotion
