Position Title: Chief Administrative Officer

CSC Minimum Qualification Standard
Education: Master's Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Civil Service Commission
Experience: 4 years of supervisory/management experience
Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
Eligibility: Career Service (CS) Professional/Second Level Eligibility

Education: Master's Degree relevant to the job with Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Management/Business Administration major in Management, Human Resource Management (reference CHED Reso. CY 2009), Public Administration of Government Management
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience involving management and supervision in Human Resource Management (HRM)
Training: 40 hours of involving managerial training preferably with Strategic Human Resource Management Trainings, Human Resource Development and Managerial and supervisory trainings
Eligibility: Career Service (CS) Professional/Second Level Eligibility
Job Description:
1. Provide technical advisory, consultancy services in the execution of policies, rules and regulations in all areas of personnel management in accordance with Civil Service Laws and Rules.
2. Develop policies, standards and guidelines for the department on matters pertaining to recruitment, election, placement, and utilization of Human Resource.
3. Manage the performance of staff.
4. Develop systems on recruitment, selection, and placement; personnel management, compensation, incentives, awards, benefits, other welfare services, learning and development.
5. Strengthen inter/intra collaboration network on Human Resource management.
6. Monitor implementation of the Strategic Performance Management System.
7. Perform other related functions that maybe assigned.

6. Performance Rating for the last two (2) rating periods (for government employees);
7. Certificates of trainings attended, if any (in case of managerial/ supervisory trainings for the last 5 years); and
8. Latest Appointment and Service Record/Certificate of Employment. (FDA Job Order Personnel need not submit this document)
