Primary Responsibilities
Define the optimal structure and scope of department and personnel
Supervise accounting staff towards company's vision and mission
Coordinate with accounting staff on latest standards, best practices and ensure compliance with latest government regulations
Manage and oversee company FOREX and investment strategy
Monitor and optimize company revenue streams
Checking and managing AR and AP
Prepare and manage payroll
Foster high performance culture
Maximize productivity and eliminate inefficiencies
Define deliverables/key performance indicators (KPIs)
Implement digital transformation initiatives
Secondary Responsibilities
Prepare daily cash flow/position report
Create finance/accounting dashboard as key decision-making tool
Perform monthly and yearly financial in-depth analysis of company performance
Optimize accounts receivable process
Optimize accounts payable
Prepare annual budget meetings and give recommendations to Management
3-5 years of financial management experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
Able to recommend and implement new ideas
Fluent in writing and speaking in English
Strong analytical and planning skills
Great communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Willing to work on site on given days
