Job Description
Guides and reviews the preparation of periodic and financial statements, reports, projections, and recommendations on which important administrative decisions are based.
Monitor and examine the processing of transactions.
Supervise the checking and verification of claims, invoices, receipts, expenditure forms, purchase orders, payments, etc. based on Philippine Red Cross procedure, rules and regulations, directives, and guidelines.
Manages Accounting Office that includes three diverse sections.
Reviews workload and analyzes staffing requirements; interviews, selects, trains, counsels, and evaluates staff to ensure effective support.
Exercises general direction, trains, and evaluates subordinate supervisors and a large staff of professional and technical employees.
Job Qualification
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Additional certification (Masters in Business Administration) preferred
At least five (5) years of full-time experience in accounting, auditing, and business analysis
At least three (3) years supervisory/managerial or project management experience
