DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
May be assigned in any of the following:
1. PRODUCTION LINE
a. Oversee operation of production line and manpower.
b. Conduct integrity testing as per sampling procedures.
c. Record and monitors output quantity. Prepare Daily/weekly/monthly production report.
d. Conduct periodic calibration and testing of machines and other equipment.
e. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of machines on the prescribe dates or as the need arise.
f. Perform product and/or size changeover as per plan and fill out the corresponding checklist.
g. Conduct work/process improvement.
h. Keeps the working area clean and orderly and accomplish the machine cleaning and
housekeeping checklist.
2. BATCH MAKING
a. Execute and monitor the manual process and adjustments during production
b. Physical inspection of materials and machine operations during batch processing
c. Record instrument readings.
d. Provide samples to the Laboratory for quality control
e. Perform immediate in-process testing in the Plant's minilab to ensure that the desired product
specifications are met prior to the completion of the whole batch produced
f. Monitor transfer of chemical raw materials during production
g. Regular inspection and maintenance of the day tanks inside the plant which includes the charging,
mixing-in of additives and refill of raw material
Qualification:
a. Graduate of Chemical Engineering.
b. Must have a good leadership and organization skill.
c. Willing to work in Canlubang, Calamba City
