JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts
At least 2 years experience as Chef de Partie.
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
Maintain quality and consistency in the dishes prepared.
Guide and train junior chefs or kitchen assistants.
Ensure all team members follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards.
Monitor stock levels in their section.
Communicate with the Head Chef for replenishments.
Follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness
Ensure equipment in their section is well-maintained.
Creativity for menu development and presentation.
Strong technical culinary skills
Ability to manage a specific kitchen section independently.
Time management and multitasking.
