Job Description
Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. Preparing meat and fish. Assisting with the management of health and safety.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Human Resource Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
