Job Description
Manage the preparation of Cook-Chill and smoked products, ensuring consistency and high standards.
Monitor the cooking and chilling process to ensure food safety and product quality.
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in all production processes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
With Vocational or Culinary Certificate
3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie, specializing in Cook-Chill and smoking techniques.
Expertise in preparing and handling smoked products, ensuring food safety and flavor retention.
Strong understanding of Cook-Chill processes, including equipment use and proper storage.
