DISSEMINATE NEW DIRECTIONS Inform checking department staff of new processes, procedures & promotions assist cashier during transaction processing when 'Manager/Supervisor' function is required . MONITOR SHOPPING BAGS & OTHER MATERIALS Monitor completeness shopping bags & other packaging materials so as not to hamper counter operations . SCHEDULE WORK SHIFT OF STAFF Assign checkers based on the number of cashiers to be deployed per shift, monitor attendance & manage absences by re-assigning staff . MANAGE OPEX Manage the operating budget of the department by ordering the right number of supplies, monitoring use & safekeeping of extra items . MANAGE CHECKING STAFF DOCUMENTS Monitor & manage documents of checking staff (serve ANS, issue violation reports, LOARF, Undertime form, etc.) Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course . With at least 1 year experience in bank operations or counter-cashier functions . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store SORSOGON . Full-time positions available
