MONITOR CONDITION OF CASHIER COUNTERS Make daily check on the cleanliness & organization, set up of cashier counters, display of marketing collaterals, if any . AUDIT CHECKERS Make constant rounds in the selling area to check if Checkers comply with the set standards in packaging/bagging of purchased items . PROVIDE INTERBRANCH SUPPORT Coordinate with other branches to fulfill specific logistical requirements (counter equipment & on-loan staff) . TRAIN CHECKING SUPERVISORS Coach & evaluate Checking Supervisors based on given set of business standards & goals (also perform yearly individual training needs analysis) Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course . Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. . With at least 3 years of related experience . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Sorsogon .
