Summary / Objective
Duties and Responsibility Include:
Perform on time and accurate sorting and checking of received documents versus physical stocks;
A. 3 days for direct transfer
B. 7 days for BO Holding area transfer
Consolidates, prepares, review and submit shortages and overages report to trucker and Head Checker in daily and weekly basis;
Implements and maintains 100% inspection compliance to Nestle BO criteria when doing the checking functions.
Checks on the completeness of the Transmittal Slip versus attached blue copy of RS and signed after checking the physical stocks;
Perform other job as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications or Qualifications
Educated to degree level standard or equivalent (desirable)
Graduate of any 4 or 2 years Management or Computer Course
With experience on physical and warehouse inventory
With technical training on records management
With experience on good-housekeeping standards
Functional Level

Professional Skills
With knowledge in IT system applications
Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality
Good knowledge in analysis returns stocks
Clear understanding of confidentiality
