Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record all necessary details shipment in dispatching for reporting & monitoring purposes.
- If Arrastre ok print gatepass thru CBMS including PID and SSDT.
- Dispatch gatepass to Seaborne trucking dispatcher or particular trucks depending upon the instruction of checker Supervisor.
- Negotiate truck owners, drivers & helpers, dispatch escort regarding delivery & security of shipment.
- Attached SSDT copy.
- Monitor truck movement & coordinate with escort.
- Give escort especially to particular trucks.
- Report S7 & wharehouse arrival including balance of gatepass to Supervisor, Operation Manager & Encoder.
- If file is closed, coordinate with the Processor regarding the said file No.
- Retrieve EIR from particular truck then surrender EIR to Operation Department.
- Other tasks related to the company asked by the Supervisor, Operation Manager.
Qualifications:
- Male
- Graduate of BS in Customs Administration
- At least has 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience
- Good interpersonal skills
