The Chatbot Content Manager's prime directive is to manage its assigned chatbot teams, from end to end. This includes:
Taking the lead in the creation of new content
Maintaining current content
Planning content for the future
Contributing to the technology development process to further our chatbot content platforms' capabilities
Writing and Language Requirements
Diverse range in American English writing capabilities
Deep experience with creating chatbot content
Professional experience in architecting multi tiered tree-charted conversational documents at great depth
First Principle Requirements
An innate instinct about the interplay of chatbot content and user-created content and feedback, including the dynamic between sending chatbot content to a user via social media and the user's ability to respond via text, text message (SMS), email, video message, or social media message
Aptitude skills and technical potential to quickly learn and adapt to chat bot users behavior and off label use of chatbot and AI platforms
Other Requirements
This position requires that you be able to physically report to our offices in Makati City, NCR, Philippines
Due to limitations imposed by the pandemic, we will be conducting the bulk of the screening online, via various media channels
