Chat Support - up to 25kKNM Marketing Corporation

We are currently seeking Chat Support for our e-commerce facility based in Quezon City.
We are an e-commerce company, located in Quezon City. Started in 2016, we pride ourselves as your local company with automotive, motorcycle parts, & electronic devices.
As a Chat Support, you will be required to:
Assist customers using the chat system
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices and other details to prospective and existing customers
Gather customer feedback
Requirements:
18-35 years old
Undergraduate or college graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably male
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Language: Filipino; English
Competent in excel, word, etc.
